Tradeline Purchases

All tradeline purchases are final once placement has been submitted.

Because tradeline placements are reserved and processed specifically for each client, cancellations or refunds cannot be provided after placement has been submitted.

Financial Building Package

We stand behind our process.

Clients who meet the participation requirements established during their consultation may qualify for a full or partial refund if the agreed-upon performance benchmarks are not achieved within the stated program period.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement. Each client's eligibility is evaluated based on their individual agreement and participation in the program.
